Weekend Service Teams

Our weekend service teams are the heartbeat behind our Saturday and Sunday services. From brewing fresh coffee to helping visitors find their seats, these teams do their best to make every service enjoyable.

Bookstore Team

This team supports the teaching of Victory in a retail setting. Team members serve through tasks such as running the cash register and helping customers to select Bibles, books, and gifts.

Café Team

This team prepares and sells an assortment of pastries as well as a variety of specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, bottled, and fountain drinks. They provide people with a welcoming atmosphere and a great social environment before and after every service.

Guest Services Team

Members of this team answer general questions, welcome and give out visitor information packets, handle lost and found articles, and register people for current and special events.

Medical Response Team

This team includes volunteer doctors, RNs, or EMTs who respond and provide initial treatment in the event of a medical emergency during service times.

Our Church Experience Hosts

As the official hosts of the Our Church Experience, this team is excited about helping people take their next step at Victory. Hosts provide logistical support for the Our Church Experience and help people connect to serving and small groups.

Plan a Visit Team

This team provides guests with a seamless first-time visit during weekend services. With every campus tour and answered question, they help to create a welcoming, personal, and great first impression.

Traffic Team

This fun and friendly team is truly the first impression of Victory. Team members greet everyone who enters our campus as they supervise traffic flow. This team also directs first-time visitors to special parking where they are warmly greeted and personally directed to the church.

Usher Team

This team welcomes and assists guests to seats and maintains a distraction-free environment during service. They also serve in other capacities, including: collection of offerings, assisting with prayer lines and altar calls, serving communion, managing disruptions, and serving in special services.

Valet Parking Team

This team, consisting of friendly individuals over the age of 18, serves expectant mothers who are driving, the elderly, those with physical disabilities, and those who are injured by parking their vehicles so that they can easily access the church facility.

Welcoming Team

This team welcomes people with a friendly greeting so that hearts are opened to receive the Gospel message. They make sure questions are answered and guests are directed to the various areas of the church.
