Student Ministries Mission trips

Hey SOZO Students! Every year we go on a mission trip to be Kingdom Builders in our world. Through Kingdom Builders, Victory Family Church sends juniors and seniors in high school on an almost fully-funded mission trip each year. Overview

Each year, we take a team of students and leaders to the Dominican Republic to serve with Hope for Hispaniola. Our team reaches countless people through door-to-door ministry, serving at local orphanages, and leading multiple Vacation Bible Schools. Students also have opportunities to preach and teach at churches and youth groups.

Throughout the trip, the team participates in service projects such as painting, cleaning, and construction to support local communities. They also serve in impoverished areas where families often live in extreme poverty—working long hours for minimal wages without access to basic necessities. Through these efforts, many people receive practical care, hope, and experience the love of God in powerful and lasting ways.
