For any employment position at Victory, a candidate must:
- Be a member of Victory Family Church.

Accounts Receivable Administrator (Full-time)
We’re looking for someone who can process all incoming funds, as well as prepare weekly financial reports and annual giving statements. They would also communicate with members regarding contributions, registrations, and refunds. View position details.
Connection Director (Full-time)
We’re looking for someone with a heart for getting people connected to each other and to life here at Victory. Their direction and efforts ensure that all people, from first time visitors to seasoned leaders, are engaged in taking their next steps. View position details.
Technical Director (Full-time)
We’re looking for someone who can manage and coordinate all audio, visual, and lighting needs through the production staff and volunteers of victory. They would also improve our service experiences by creating production elements that deliver technically cohesive and distraction free worship services. View position details.
Assistant Office Manager (Full-time)
We’re looking for someone to ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly, as well as to make improvements to our company procedures. View position details.
Housekeeping (Limited Support Staff)
We’re looking for someone to help us maintain a clean and neat appearance of the building before, during, and after service times. View position details.
Facility Tech (Part-time)
We’re looking for someone to perform setup and teardown responsibilities for events and group meetings. View position details.
As a babysitter, you would provide much needed support to parents attending our special Tuesday night events for approximately three to four hours. Training is required.Apply now
