Men’s Business Breakfast

Cost per person – $20
Join us for this business-focused breakfast where our focus will be on the “Abraham and Isaac connection”. We are trusting God that through the principle of the father’s turning their hearts to sons, and sons to fathers, we are going to see businesses expanded and men blessed for the purpose of expanding His Kingdom through our labor in the marketplace.
This is a business event, so dress is business casual. Bring business cards and be prepared to connect with other like-minded men.

Pastor John Nuzzo
Founding Pastor, Victory Family Church
John Nuzzo and his wife, Michelle, founded Victory Family Church in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, in 1993. Under their leadership, the church has grown into a thriving, multi-campus community where thousands have come to Christ and experienced the unconditional love of God. With a deep passion for strengthening families and reaching the next generation, Pastor John is also a committed advocate for developing healthy, servant-hearted leaders. He hosts the John Nuzzo Leadership Podcast, equipping leaders with insight and encouragement for long-term impact.
Pastor Larry Bettencourt
Founding Pastor, Champion Life Church
Born and raised in New Orleans, graduate of Geneva College were he played and coached Football, former 25 year Youth Ministry veteran where he served for 14 years at Victory Family Church. Started JAC camp which celebrates its 25th year of impacting 1000’s and 1000’s of teenagers. He and his wife, Kim are the Founding and Lead Pastors of Champion Life Church in its 15 year in the Beaver Falls/Darlington area. Married 35 years with 4 amazing daughters, 2 great son-in-laws and 1 granddaughter. Larry lives to see people “Live the Champion Life” for Jesus.
Doug Smith
Assistant Executive Director, Light of Life Rescue Mission
Doug Smith is the Assistant Executive Director at Light of Life Rescue Mission, where he helps bring hope and healing to men, women, and families facing homelessness, poverty, and addiction. He also leads L3 Leadership, a movement focused on building connections and developing leaders through speaking, coaching, training, the L3 Leadership Podcast, and the L3 One Day Leadership Conference. Through the podcast, Doug shares conversations and lessons from top leaders, including guests like Mike Tomlin, Dr. Henry Cloud, and Liz Wiseman. Doug lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife, Laura, and their four children.
Mike Colella
Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors
Mike has over 10 years of commercial banking experience, advising middle-market companies on financing strategies for succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, expansion, and working capital, with specialized expertise in ESOPs. His experience spans industries including business services, manufacturing, distribution, transportation & logistics, and professional services. Mike is also a founding board member of the Exit Planning Institute (EPI) Pittsburgh Chapter, supporting education for business advisors in succession planning. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics. Mike lives in Cranberry Township, PA with his wife and three children, and he’s an avid golfer.
Brian Sorce
Marketing Strategist & Account Executive, dDaniel Advertising
Brian is a marketing strategist and Account Executive at dDaniel Advertising, where he has helped home-improvement and franchise companies scale since 2013. He specializes in building measurable, data-driven lead generation systems across TV, radio, digital platforms, and AI-powered marketing. After overcoming a past battle with drug addiction through a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ, Brian now lives with a deep sense of purpose. As a husband and father, he is passionate about helping men break free from what holds them back and lead with integrity, courage, and conviction — in their homes, businesses, and communities.
Brandon Landry
Site Superintendent, Pine Valley Builders
Brandon is a third-generation builder who grew up in his family’s residential construction and remodeling business. Though he once resisted the path laid before him, the legacy of his grandfather and father ultimately became the foundation of his calling. After losing both of his parents and walking through several difficult years, Brandon was shaped deeply by the mentorship of a faith-driven contractor and the steady guidance of his grandfather. Their investment gave him both the trade skill and spiritual grounding to launch his own company.

Join us for a 4-day wilderness backpacking adventure where you’ll disconnect from distractions, brave the wild, and encounter God on the mountain. Get ready to be transformed in ways that you never imagined! This life-changing experience takes place April 16–19 and April 23-26. The Cost per hiker is $75.

Holy Roar – Men’s Worship Night

Victory Family Church – Cranberry Twp. Campus
Join us for a powerful night of worship & ministry, designed especially for guys ages 10 and up! The evening will center on passionate, Spirit-led worship, with a message from Victory Family Church’s Co-Lead Pastor, Sean Moore. This event runs from 6:30–8:30 PM at our Cranberry Campus and is a great opportunity to be discipled in worship and grow deeper in your relationship with God. Come expecting to encounter the Lord as we enter His presence together! Light refreshments will be provided; please note that childcare will not be available.
